I am a fan of Frost Ace, High Pixie, Ose, Anubis, Cait Sith, and many more from the MT games - but there was one boss that I thought was pretty metal as fliiip and I wouldn't mind seeing this chaos come back if its respective game receives a port (if ever)!
The demon originated from Shin Megami Tensei If... (some call it the bridge between the mainline and persona games but I remember it as the game that DIDN'T GIVE YOU INFINITE AMMO FOR YOUR FIREARMS) as a boss that took on stronger forms the more treasures you opened in its domain. They call it a Chefei.
It never had any official artwork that I know of and it doesn't seem to be based on any specific myth/folklore, so this could be original to the game. An original character if you will?
