Sammy is definitely cooling off with some bingsu/shaved ice alongside with Cobalt.
Although... Cobalt might be a bit overchilled.
This piece was definitely inspired by an old rpg's cutscene on the Genesis/Mega Drive. Can you guess which one it is?
