Need help? (yao momo color)

Yao Momo has joined Mt.Lady's hero agency and now she performs rescues with a towering size. She's good at it, but sometimes the embarrassment clouds her judgement of the situation. She could have simply pick up the little ones, but decided to take her time and use her own quirk instead.

Still, there hasn't been any complain from the people she rescues so far.

Thanks. Great appreciation of the piece. MHA costumes in general are always tempting to turn glossy because of their tightness and when i have the right lighting conditions to pull it off i go for it.

Sounds like a logical path. 😁

I love how the situation is beautifully awkward for both parties. And how Yao-Momo is treating the situation as delicately as she could is both great in-character portrayal and icing to this scenario of a ridiculously sized girl trying to save the equivalent of a bunch of ants. xD Very interesting choice of coloring you did for this picture. The texture you did for Yao-Momo’s hero costume is an interesting choice. The use of darker shades of red and the amount of light being shone on it gives a depiction of glossy glow. Like it was made of latex-rubber. Which adds to the scenario when you realize rubber is waterproof. It’s a very clever choice that adds to the scene happening as well as giving off this nice allure with the darker shades of red. Further, I really like how the dark shades of red compliments her darker yet porcelain skin. It matches together really well. Great job on making the composition for both gel together! I also like how you depict the water here from a farther view in contrast to the closer view in the Mount Lady picture. Really shows off your ability to color water from different levels of distance in different qualities. The coloring in general, as in for the entire thing itself, gives an interesting interpretation to what is happening on screen. Considering how the lighting feels darker as opposed to the Mount Lady picture, it feels like you’re depicting this in a surrounding without a lot of sunlight. And as such it gives a colder feel, which is very much a contrast to the Mount Lady one where the sunlight makes everything come off as warm and inviting. What’s funny is the choice of lighting juxtaposes with the actions of the giantesses but compliments their demeanors in the scenarios: Like with the Mount Lady one, it’s warm and inviting but her carelessness in her unawareness depicts a more dangerous circumstance. And in this one, the darker lighting has a cold feel but Yao-Momo is being delicate and careful in her approach. And yet, despite that, both juxtaposition of the lighting and scenarios work well. Whether it’s to create a sense of captivation from the appearances of big girls or for a sense of irony. Also, and this one isn’t really anything analytical. But I find the way you shot the picture, I can’t help but think how much it looks like she’s in a pond with the way she takes up the picture and how the the water ripples. It’s cute. Overall, very nice depiction of a similar scenario with many differences to make it stand on its own compared to the Mount Lady picture. Seeing Yao-Momo in full picture in this style and texture of yours is really enamoring. Looking forward to see where the My Hero Academia road takes you next!

Y’know… Tsuyu has a frog quirk… And frogs are somewhat aquatic animals… It would make perfect sense for Tsuyu to come and help out too
