ADD +18 extra hot content Tier

sketches with explicit content +18
for a certain type of tier.
I know that not everyone likes this type of art but I'm producing some HOT content content for some time and would like to share it without affecting all PATRONS. I had already distributed something warmer, but as I said I do not know if it pleases everyone.
my idea is to add for example one (tier 4 + extra in an additive value)
but then I thought of values.
