I've never liked Ryu or Akuma but damn, they look badass with beards! The new characters mostly look cool too. As to two characters, Cammy for sure (I'm a Brit!) and maybe one of the new girls? Mimi or Kimberly, perhaps? Aki looks cool, a throwback to some of the weirder old characters.
