POLL: Novel Premises

I've wanted to write a novel for years, and I'm considering finally committing to it

if I'm going to actually commit to this, I need to choose one to commit to. I have a handful of smut story ideas that ballooned out into grander ideas I thought might make a cool novel with erotic and fetish undertones

but first, there's a non-smut novel I started in 2017 and haven't let go of yet. I worked on it every year up to 2022, then sort of took it off the back burner and just sort of left it in an abandoned warehouse. this is because I started getting relatively consistent paid writing and  drawing work in 2021, so I just put my effort there instead. this is the one I want to do the most, but incidentally is also the one that is least likely to make me money, by my best predictions

anyway, here's a quick rundown of the premises of each story:

the queer space story I started in 2017. it's a sci-fi/fantasy story about a crew-turned-found-family who run a space ferry service between inhabited planets, moons, and space stations within one solar system. it doesn't take place in our solar system, but a completely fictional one. in general I want the technology level to be beyond ours, but not wildly beyond ours: for instance, no FTL travel or warp speeds, but travel at relativistic speeds are achievable and are slowly becoming commonplace.  the "protagonist" isn't so much one person as it is the ship and its crew in general. the plot doesn't revolve around an individual, it revolves around the journeys of the crew and the mark they leave on the solar system around them. there's a lot of detail I could get into, but for the sake of briefness, there's a multi-trilionaire who runs a  secret, horrific laboratory of genetic experiments in his goal to achieve immortality - and, of course, get even fucking richer. one of the test subjects escapes and either stows away aboard the protagonists' ship or is invited to join them. soon enough they discover the test  subject is on the run and find themselves implicated. instead of hiding away or washing their hands of the situation, the crew makes it their mission to put an end to the laboratory and the suffering it causes

oh, and smut stories that would be shorted and simpler I guess:

eldritch horror x cuddle doll. humans and monsterfolk inhabit the same planet here, in a modern-day tech equivalent. unsure if it would be modern Earth or a purely fictional equivalent. an eldritch horror shapeshifter, who is somewhat an outcast even among monsterfolk, lives alone. she orders a cuddle doll - a life-sized doll made of memory foam and fabric - to keep her company... and also for sexy purposes. but when it arrives, she's shocked to find that it's alive and sapient!  the doll wants her to be its owner, but the eldritch horror is like "wtf  you're alive, you're a person, I can't own you". the doll is very confused by this, having put its self worth on being a good doll for its owner. they become roommates and eventually lovers as they sort of discover themselves and their places in life

saved by a lamia. human falls into a cave, and when she wakes up, finds she's in a subterranean house. there's another woman there who speaks from the doorway but doesn't reveal her appearance, just providing food and stuff. the human isn't trapped there, and is free to leave, but takes the stranger up on her kindness as she recovers and chooses to respect her privacy. when she finally feels up to go for a walk in the underworld, surprise! she sees her saviour is a lamia! the lamia fears the human will hate her, but she doesn't hate her and they  become friends. the lamia explains that the underworld is magical, and all humans who fall down there end up turning into a ""monster"".  everyone turns into a different type of monster, and nobody ever knows what they'll become until it happens. the lamia was formerly a human  too, along with a handful of other friends of various monster types that get introduced a bit later. the human, scared of turning into something she doesn't want to be, decides to try to escape the underworld with the lamia's help, but might not be able to find a way out in time. [I  SWEAR I didn't intentionally try to parallel undertale, I just sort of realised the similarities later]

vampire x dungeon mimic. in my lore, vampires are made either when a vampire bites someone with the intent of turning them into a  vampire, or when a succubus/incubus/concubus [concubus is just the gender neutral equivalent to incubus and succubus] and a human have a child. a vampire is stuck with her abusive succubus mother and is trying to escape her control. her queerplatonic partner, an asexual concubus, also lives with her though. her mother wants the vampire's partner to fuck off, but neither can harm the other because concubi magic has no effect on other concubi. the mother manages to trick them both into the  labrynthian castle dungeons, where she locks them up. down there, they meet a dungeon mimic: like a dnd mimic except sapient and way more powerful (when healthy). basically they have a pocket dimension inside their treasure chest shell (or whatever other form their shell takes). dungeon mimics have a humanoid-ish form they can shapeshift into - think person standing in a chest with a bunch of gooey tentacles - and so this dungeon mimic gets found and asks for help. together, these three go on a quest to escape the labrynth and yeet the asshole mother

the making of a villainess. an adventurer is exiled from society because she's ""cursed"" with a ""dark power"" - basically she has a bit of uncommon magical ability and is demonised for it. so she leaves and stumbles across another adventurer who's near death. she saves the  adventurer by making them her "minion" for lack of a better term, which increases the power of both of them. so scorned by society, she becomes the ""villainess"", who's really just an adventurer with a heart and eldritch abilities, adding willing minions to her ranks along the way. the city she was exiled from eventually learns of her new life and send  ""heroes"" to vanquish her
