That's a great observation~ In general, we have an intense action, and a less intense action in a scene. We feel sometimes stretched feet show a bit of Lilith's feeling when she in pleasure. But I agree when the action is less intense, her feet or fingers' gesture need to match with rest of her body.

At some points it looks pretty fine and graceful in artistic perspective, but rather a bit of unnatural and repetitive. I suggest that putting some scenes with "feet stretching upward" can show a bit of Lilith's tension of immerse herself in the sex. Anyway, I'm just suggesting from my point of view, As usual, the creator may come out with a better style ;) Still a Good work!
