The Logistics and Possibility of Commissions
Added 2021-03-09 21:01:02 +0000 UTCHey, I know a couple of ya'll and some other folks on DA have messaged me asking about Commissions and I recently got word back from the authors I'm working with for book illustrations that I probably won't be out from under this block of contract work until some time in July. (And they might even come back at me with more stuff at that point; I don't actually know.)
But the larger point I was trying to get around to is that, if I can find a way to avoid making people wait for four months before I can even start talking about commissions, I'd like to.
SO... what I want to do is get a head count of anyone in the Patreon who would be interested in getting a commission so I can figure out the nuts and bolts of possibly trying to replace one of my weekly posts each month with a commission or something like that.
I am not promising anything right now, because I'm actually kind of behind on my current contract work, but if there's interest, I'd like to know how much.

Obviously it'd be time and circumstance dependent, but I'd certainly be interested in commissioning you at some point, though I'm happy to wait until your situation opens up sufficiently that you'd feel comfortable in taking them on
