Added 2021-09-18 00:25:12 +0000 UTCHoo boy! I nearly missed the entire banner on this one! A little sad I won't get Raiden done before her banner ends but there are not enough hours in the day ̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶I̶ ̶p̶l̶a̶n̶n̶e̶d̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶ ̶c̶o̶m̶i̶c̶ ̶t̶w̶o̶ ̶w̶e̶e̶k̶s̶ ̶a̶g̶o̶ ̶p̶o̶o̶r̶l̶y̶.
For those who don't Genshin: Inazuma is the recently added Japan inspired nation and Kujou Sara is one of the top leaders in the "Tenryou Commission", the military and security wing of local government.
She is a serious but honorable woman who is very committed to her job but also possibly a bit of a dork underneath her professional, single mindedness. I can also confirm having gone through her initial voice lines that she is a quiet, but very committed, Raiden-Shogun Fan Girl.
As to when and how this takes place in relation to the other Genshin Plus drawings?
WHEN: definitely after the incidents in Liyue and Mondstadt.
HOW: I think I'm going to keep that a secret for now.
