10-2-21 Middle of the Night update

I have three very small 'chat heads' I need to sketch on the far edge to wrap up everything up but other than that all the major art is done just hidden for the full effect of the proper reveal tomorrow (I hope) *intense sweating*
Of note, this is pretty much the only time you'll ever see these chonky NPCS i sketched in the background since Raiden herself pretty thoroughly blocks out that region of the page in the final.

Because if I were to draw a scenario like that, I would put in a male civilian in to balance with the female civilians in there.
