Believe it or not, this is one of the blindest entries I've ever done. I know absolutely nothing about this character. I assume she's a vampire, but I could be wrong! That said her design is lovely, so it was a treat to work on.
Also, I do believe this is the first time I've ever retroactively made the Swimsuit Version Background the official background because it came out too good. XD
