Genshin: Dehya Plus! Part 1

Sorry Gang! Had to break this up into two parts because it was going to be twice as long as this.

Anyway, had a lot of fun with this drawing! Tried some new stuff in the early phases and Dehya really does have a great visual design!

However, I will be the first to admit that this is not really in character for her. I regret that but I just could not get her voice right in my head. She just kept turning into an Itto level goober and I couldn't stop it. XD

I guess some of that comes down to me writing backwards from the meta joke that she needs some buffs, because... hoo boy~

I was going to go into an entire explanation here of what the issues with her release and kit are, but the biggest problems are very technical and come down to a LOT of little things, which would be minor nuisances individually, all adding up.

There's no excuse for it from a development standpoint and I've been low key stewing on it for days now and I'm tired.

Hey, at least I accidentally got Cyno's Signature weapon on a random 10 pull on the weapon banner! I wanted her sword, but the boat paddle's pretty good too! XD
