This week: A Very Big Eula! And Some Announcements-

Been poking at this in anticipation of the verdict today. Speaking of which, I realize my winner announcement was light on info

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE POLL: Several voters did not use all of their votes! Quite a few people voted for only 1 or two characters... there is no rule against it but I wanted to make sure everyone was aware going forward that, in the future, you may vote for up to 3 characters!

And of course a couple people voted for way more than three. (Wags finger accusingly) It's okay, I handled it, just try not to do it again! XD

Honorable mentions:

I can say for certain that Hanekawa Tsubasa has earned an honorable mention and is thus eligible for Fan Art At Any Moment.

I am considering also putting Yoko Littner and Lumine on the list, but I wonder if it isn't premature given the new voting dynamic since it will make it much easier for characters to clear one of my honorable mention criteria very quickly if I don't tweak them.
I may need to wait and see if the kind of numbers they did repeat regularly for them other characters on future polls.

Lets put them at 'maybe' for now and see if I run out of ideas for art at any point before the next one XD

As always with honorable mentions, feel free to keep requesting characters that I've announced on future polls because there's always the chance I don't get to them in a timely manner and you may be able to force my hand early depending on how things go.
