Added 2023-05-20 00:47:23 +0000 UTCThe big guy seems to always be surprised when he outgrows clothes. At times he still doesnβt seem fully self aware. He knows heβs gotten bigger but I wonder if he truly understands just how fat he is. I try not to bang him over the head with body comments just in case he were to ever take it the wrong way or get tired of being fat. I definitely donβt see him gaining weight in perpetuity, since he is quite active, loves to workout, loves to run and walk, play occasional sports with friends, etc. I never want him to reach a point where the weight got in the way of his happiness. Cuz honestly the way he eats and eats and EATSβ¦.he should weigh a literal ton and be immobile!π So I guess once a jock always a jock at heart!

I think itβs sweet that you are careful about things with him. As much as we all love and admire his growing belly he needs to be able to still do what he loves and live life. Itβs such a delicate balance and I think you do such great job of keeping those boundaries. π
