May '22 Life Update...
Added 2022-05-01 21:48:49 +0000 UTCHello lovelies!! May is finally here! The weather will be getting nicer soon, and we're almost unpacked at the house! Dallas is finally home with us! And... I broke my finger last night!!!!
As you can see from the above comic, Dallas was far too excited to meet one of the new neighbors, and yanked at the leash a little too hard... I was probably holding the leash incorrectly. It did a number on my middle digit as you can see in the photo... and while it's a clean break, it's on my dominant hand π I was so!! ready!! to get back to work!! It is torture.
I've been told by the doctors to make sure I don't use it for a few days, and that it will mend in a few weeks... but this means I will be slow with future updates... again. I'm so sorry!! π
Of course, knowing me, I will not be able to sit idly for long... I have such an itch to get back to it! So perhaps you will get some fun left-handed works, or, healing permitting, I might be able to find a way to handle my tablet pen proper soon.
(By the way, it doesn't hurt!! At all!! I was definitely expecting worse pain... let's count our blessings β€οΈ)
