2016-08-16 13:38:53 +0000 UTCIf I have this right, Arco called Brynn's dad to try and work out WTH the note was about, finds out he's dead and researches the news to discover that Arco's mom has killed him. This has made Brynn literally ill. He's gone from being abandoned to being effectively an orphan given mom is suicidal, possibly dead by now, or in prison. And he still has no information as to the why of any of it.

And at least for me, I got the impression that music was an escape for him while living at home and for a short while served the same purpose when he started at the school.

Now I'm curious about their relationship, something must've been going on, she couldn't have done it lightly unless there were maybe some mental issues that were never handled. I'm glad he has some money to fall back on but I can't imagine he cares at all about the money right now. Thank god Arco is there for him. Looking forward to more of this wonderfully intense story!
