That doesn't mean that Daniel didn't kill in cold blood though. The incident of the plane crashing had nothing to do with the alien who was on board.

Hmmmm...how many are we talking about being alien abducted for their energy, per year? Although its been implied they take those who are suicidal or depressed the moral standing is not there. Drew for alien ambassador, work this out!
