THE LEG LESS TRAVELED

Hello Hello Patreons, Please take the time to read this! <3 

A little while ago I did a poll asking you how you felt about me creating new content and not focusing on PB as much-- the response I got was immensely supportive, as I should have expected (you guys are lovely! <3) . With your green light, I've spent the last couple weeks plotting out this new story, character designing, naming, sketching, gathering reference photos thumbnailing, ect ect. And I want to finally announce it as a real project. 

"The Leg Less Traveled" is a retro/Americana inspired road trip story about two guys who face the struggles of having dreams, losing dreams, and learning how to live the dream, together. There will be a lot of Southern Rock n' roll, jazz and blues culture, Midwestern influence, Route 66 vibes and West Coast fantasies as they make their way from New Orleans to Los Angeles. 

I'm REALLY excited about this story. and just to be clear-- I'm already thumbnailing away at the plot, getting ready to start drawing panels. 

Its worth mentioning that this comic will be done in a different style than my previous ones-- I am not doing traditional pages, i am going to be doing a "Rolling" style comic, which im sure a lot of you have seen on webtoons or tapas.  This means that panels will all roughly be the same shape, with maybe slight differences in size, and will read mostly top-down.

I don't plan on starting uploads to webtoons/tapas until spring, but I would like to start updating for patreons here by... maybe mid-February? That's not a guaranteed date, but its a goal! 

You guys who are 5$ and up pledges, will continue to get illustrations and completed artwork of them, and those who are 1$ or 2$ pledges will get sketches or WIPS. 

I WILL be continuing PB pages as i've been for now, :)  incase anyone is curious. PB wont be my focus, but it will still be on-going as im able to produce it.
