Hairstyles?
Added 2022-04-06 12:13:41 +0000 UTCSo in the comments of my latest update, our friend Angie said "Judas with cornrows" and I was like, alright bet!!! Because believe it or not, I DO consider drawing things for my patreons from time to time <3 Dont ever be afraid to suggest something you want to see! Occasionally I like to sketch things for fun as a warm-up or a cool-down after drawing panels all night long.
So at first while I was drawing Judas I was like.... oh god it doesnt even look like him. But then it started to grow on me... and well, I think its a very summery look! Like growing up in New Orleans, with all that heat and humidity, I bet Judas would appreciate his hair being out of his face and more... under control LOL. So I actually like it :) I bet his mama did them for him~
As for Fletch, I just wanted to draw him with a "cooler", more trendy mullet. And then I realized this is almost exactly the same hair style that my character Luca had in PB. So note to self-- I need to branch away from mullets and mohawks in future comics. LOL
Rowdy has mentioned wanting a mullet recently.... hence the Rowdy.... hmm hmmm.

XD I do think I prefer the curls, but that’s probably because I have a thing for curls/curly hair/wavy hair. Eh-heh. I love the braids as a summer look, though! And ah-haha, Fletch is precious. XD All I’m seeing is someone being like ‘What did you do to your hair dude’ and him emphatically replying “SHUTUPITLOOKSCOOL” while flailing wildly. 🤣 He does rock that soft mullet in the comic though!

They require specific hair otherwise they look bad. Hmm... I do wonder what fashion and style they'd go for for each decade. Like 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s etc. A lot of hairspray I'd imagine. I get the feeling Judas would be a glam rocker in the 70s, and then a New Romantic or Post Punk in the 80s 😂 Also makes me wonder what hairstyle Rowdy is hiding under that hat :p
