So this is Harlo, and we will soon see him in the comic because Commander has recruited him for guidance while he is on Earth! He is a minor side-character but I thought it would be fun to give you a little bit about his background/why he is on Earth to begin with.
He's basically providing Commander with shelter and making sure that Commander stays completely hidden from the Humans for however long he is on Earth. :)

Harlo got into big trouble when his kind first saw his hair color changing because they thought it was deliberate and hair color/style is a big deal to the Bastil too! Poor Harlo (who didnt give a fuck anyways).

I wonder if they could prove that it's a side effect of the human medicines, but I'm guessing since the Bastil have problems reproducing, they don't want to experiment and risk another of their kind.
