2020-07-09 18:58:46 +0000 UTCget some fresh mint. takes all the leaves off and shape it into a cigar shape and use fine cotton to 'noop' it together. let dry for a month, hanging from somewhere. you'll have your very own 'smudge stick'. use a lighter ti light the end and it burns like a 'josh stick'. sending positive 'ions into your rooms. also works brilliantly with lavender or sage. nice view though.
