Added 2022-09-08 04:48:42 +0000 UTCSurprise!!!!! I was going to wait to post this late Saturday night/Sunday morning, but I am equally as impatient as you guys when it comes to new updates LOL. I spent a lot of time on this one (It's actually the biggest update BESIDES the music scene one, thus far) and it went through.... like three rounds of revisions? There was some pacing stuff I had to really pay attention to, as you can probably tell by the content.
<3 I can't tell you guys how excited I am to have Beau and Sage be background characters of TLLT. They won't have major roles, but for the Texas Chapter they will be present and serve a purpose. I mean... MORE of a purpose than just interrupting Judas and Fletch and their MOMENT in the Rowdy's Western Wear dressing room!
Also-- I don't see either of them holding any clothes to try on. What exactly are you going in there for boys? Hmmmm????
For those of you who are new to my patreon (Hello! Welcome!) these two characters that enter the comic ^^^ here, are from a novel of mine called "Honorable Discharge" which is available on Amazon. It's a spicy, yeehaw romance with some tender twists and plenty of heart <3
And lastly-- You guys finally get to know a little more about Fletch and Kinley's history. At least.... from one of their perspectives. There's two sides to every story, right?

2022-09-09 01:13:33 +0000 UTCOne of the more challenging things with Judas' character since the beginning of this comic has been the level of direct-ness he has about him. He isn't afraid to speak his mind or ask a question, and he also has a strong ability to see people for who they are/how they feel right upfront. Fletch tells us how long he's known Kinley... and doesn't question if there's jealousy involved in his anger towards Judas. Dick and Priscilla saw Kinley genuinely worried for Fletch, and neither of them have put any pieces together about why he might be acting out either! There's a lot of dynamics in this comic and that's part of what makes it so fun. :) not to mention... I've never written a Judas character before. It's kinds nice just getting to the damn point when the point needs getting to. If you know what I mean lol.

Just not a changing room that some poor cleaner is going to have to wipe cum from lol Kinley definitely has something there though... or maybe he's just over-protective. Like an older brother??? Sometimes you just gotta accept you messed up and missed out on something good and move on. Never got a view of Judas trying them jeans on from start to finish hehe

2022-09-08 05:12:28 +0000 UTCGDI GUYS THEY WERE SO CLOSE!!! 😭🤣 But hey, feelings have been shared! And some questions have been answered! So now my running theory is that Kinley is just used to being the only person Fletcher has had to rely on for so long (other than his mom), and even if some part of him wants to relinquish a bit of that role, it’s a hard role to give up, especially to a stranger. It brings into question what his new role would be, what it would mean if Fletcher no longer depended on him. And, Fletch is still his friend, so of course he’d want to be sure anyone who seemed to be trying to step into that spot is the right person and will treat Fletcher right. (Even if he doesn’t have a leg to stand on after the leaving him behind and throwing him under the bus stunts.) Either that or for some reason Kinley lied about not being interested in Fletch, or had the belief that he had all the time in the world to make up his mind. And either way, I believe Fletcher when he says he’s over Kinley, so the redhead lost any potential chance a while ago. As far as Fletch is concerned, he is free and clear to be interested in Judas, and pursue that avenue since Judas is clearly interested as well. 💜 Fletch and Kin still need one of those hard conversations to actually clear the air though.
