What was meant to be a simple expedition to discover the Chaos Emeralds allurer to the Starfall Islands had turned into disaster, as Sonic the Hedgehog and his pals, Amy Rose and Tails, had been seperated by a mysterious yet dangerous force. Sonic, now all alone on Ouranos Island, has only one goal in mind: Rescue his friends. Although this would soon turn out to be more challenging than expected, as two new obstacles stood in his way: A little girl, begging for him to leave the island, and a strange new corruption, diminishing his strength, patience and kindness.
