Chapter 3 - 38

Hoooo boy.... Two very different scenes happening in this update... On one hand we've got Kinley and Friends revealing yet another piece of the puzzle that is how/why Kinley ended up leaving Fletch behind... And on the other, we have a very drunk and cuddly Fletch, full of liquid courage. Unstoppable really! It seems the two little angels on his shoulders have gone rogue as well...

What could possibly go wrong!? :D

Also, not to grill you guys with the nuance that I hope you get from the dialogue here... but what Priscilla says... about Fletch never wanting to hang out with them? Yeah, tuck that away for later... Because, as you know, I love to tell every side of the story ;)

That’s really such a good idea???

There's definitely still truth to be uncovered about why Kinley left Fletch... but I think it's important to see the other's side here! Kinley can place the blame on them all he wants, but... There's always denial? Hmm? Perhaps the truth is in the eyes of the beholder more than the facts. :) I will say though, that mini comic was given to you guys for a reason ;) and you're putting all the correct pieces together.

Oh NOOOO GUYS THIS IS A BAD IDEA. Especially with the “no lost limbs” sign! Oh gods, his leg is going to go flying across the room and break the streak, isn’t it? 🤣🤣🤣 I recall from the short you mentioned Fletch avoided Dick and Priscilla because they hung out with his bully… Which at the time I know I commented I couldn’t blame him, but without knowing just how “in” they were with the bully and what they knew about him, it’s not exactly fair for them, either. This bit of conversation leads me to believe they may not even know the guy was bullying Fletcher. Doesn’t seem like they participated, from this tidbit. Also very interesting that Kinley took a joke to leave Fletch behind as peer pressure. Pretty sure this also confirms my suspicion that he left sooner than “right on time.” I do appreciate them calling him out on the carpet for being a dick. And I can’t blame them for not saying anything when he did, seeing as Fletcher has shown no interest in hanging out with them. Also love how Kinley blames Judas when Judas isn’t even at the table. Like… XD Kinley, dear child, tell me you’re jealous without telling me you’re jealous. I do wonder what was going through his head. Seems like if he was peer pressured by a joke (and as we get to know them more, it seems like it’d be pretty obvious she was being facetious), then he was already thinking about it. Which is troublesome…
