Ahhhh.... And so we've reached the end of the (very long) Texas Chapter. <3 I'll be honest, I wasn't sure exactly when I was going to end it, because I wasn't sure how this update and the next couple were gonna shake out, BUT-- after I drew this one, I really felt like it was an appropriate spot. I think I mentioned last week that this update was sort of a "come-down" after the last several.

Everyone gets a little slice of time in this one... Priscilla seems to be opening her eyes about Kinley, and although that doesn't forgive how she's acted, it carves a small path for her personal growth going forward. :) Meanwhile Kinley... he's always one step forward, two steps back isn't he? How much more of this can he take?

Dick seems to have a happy ending to the chapter at least LOL. Unless Brandy is literally about to strap a saddle to him and make him plow her- wait......

I'm SO SAD to see Beau and Sage leaving. They will be making one more appearance before we're officially saying bye to them, but even knowing that I'm like... ugh. <3 I'm gonna miss my yeehaw boys. And I think you all will too... even though this was always part of the plan (To use them as a way to emphasize how the people you meet spontaneously in life can impact you... How culture and personalities mesh together... etc <3).

I'm actually kinda sad to say bye to the Texas Chapter in general tbh-- but I'm also ready to move on. I'm tired of drawing collared shirts and cowboy hats LOL. And, I'm looking forward to our next big destination.... Albuquerque, New Mexico! Anyone from New Mexico here? :D

Anyway, as always I thank you guys for your support. And your patience with me as I grind though these updates. TLLT is such a joy and even when I'm having a bad day I know that I'm putting my best efforts forward with this comic. <3

Oh! PS - I know some of you don't read on a phone and it's not exactly easy to turn a computer screen lol. So I've added the first loooooooong panel of them all walking out in a more friendly file if you need it.
