It's a sequence where Knuckle the Animal turns into animal with big boobie, the concept of the seuqnece fundamentally is that the red animal from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise known as Knuckles the Echidna, transforms into a sheep woman that exclusively appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog IDW series, her name is Lanolin. That second character has big fuzzy sheep boobies.
