What we didn't anticipate was that this model would have an insatiable appetite, capable of literally draining its partners of pleasure. Reports of hyperactivity began to emerge about 9 months after its release.
Faced with growing controversy and safety concerns, the Roxy model was discontinued. We tried to encourage our customers to return the model in exchange for a refund or acquisition of a more suitable model. However, only about 12% of the customers who purchased Roxy heeded our request and returned the model.
