About Discount tiers.
Added 2020-06-20 21:43:01 +0000 UTCI realized I haven't ever explicitly written this down, even though I have been acting on it, even when commissions are closed, members in the discount tiers can apply with commissions, and I will try to take them when I have time, this is separate from open commissions, as when "Commissions are open" I will not show a preference towards patrons, and it would be hard for any patron to get a slot, as I open only a few at a time.
