Amber likes to tempt people into "evil" deeds so that she can punish them, but her definition of "evil" is a little loose. Drop some lint? Littering. Scuff your shoe on the floor? Destruction of property. All punishable by a lifetime as a tiny toy or worshipper (Sometimes though, all that justice just makes her hungry)
