She's a psychic bartender and empath who can no longer feel her own feelings, so she craves intense feelings in others Love, lust, loss, pain, etc. So a bar is a crossroads of everything, and she can shrink people and stuff to bring these feelings about by herself.
This will probably turn into a comic soon, but it's been a while making this, so I figured I would post this a bit early.
