This one is about how to tell stories in level design, but going beyond just skeletons and messages written in blood! Yeah. I feel like an inverted pyramid might have been less confusing.

Excellent video but I have one gripe with it, the narrative pyramid has the "Low" level stuff on the top and the "High" level stuff at the bottom :)
