This month feels a bit more random and all over the place. I copied some big, hairy bodies from photos and did a bit of drag with Jameel. It's half a year ago and I'm still in the same place mentally ahaha
Day 6 & 11 are human!Jameel, and the other cats are him as well. Day 7 is Kevin on the right, and day 2,3 and 8 are all his husband Marıyan. Oh and the bull, that's Marıyan's fur version. The lion following that is Prince of course!
The last 6 days were copies of photostudies by an artist called gavn_art. I love the geometric look of these faces ... I want to be able to look at a real life face or a photo and see those planes and edges too.
But sometimes I don't feel like drawing or not like thinking too hard while drawing ... (but of course I still wanted to fill the page with something. (I just couldn't bring myself to miss a page after already filling 100+ without fail). And then I do these shapes and patterns like on day 9 & 10, 21 & 22. Back then, my boyfriend bought himself a stencil for differently sized circles, so I played around with that. And ... it might not be high art, but I really like the overall look, especially in context with my drawing when you flip through it.
