Paya the Cock Monster

Again, I'm putting it in the attachments because it's more "extreme" than most of my work. This one is Paya, from Breath of the Wild (though it's pretty difficult to tell that it's her) with most of her body transformed into shitting dicks, and a big prolapsed anus, shitting from basically everywhere.
