A Note on Milestones...

I hate to be one of those guys, but just so everyone knows, the milestones are only going to happen for as long as I perpetually get at least the amount on the milestone, actually processed. For example, I have $351 as of this post. If it processes $351 then I will honor the $350 milestone and begin the steps necessary to make it a reality this Halloween. However, if some patrons don't actually pay, and it only processes, say, $341, then the milestone is not met. Two months in a row of not paying will result in me dropping the patron to have a more accurate representation of what I'm getting.

Keep in mind of course that I don't even get anywhere near that actual amount. Patreon and credit card fees take out over 10% (why it costs so much for them to process credit cards when my Square reader only takes 2.75% I'll never know), so at most I'll net around $310, and I'll have to declare this as income for my taxes on top of that! Thus, I'm only looking at how much gets PROCESSED. If $351 is processed and I only get $310, that's still the amount that my patrons have given to me and I will still honor the milestones.

If the funding goes below a milestone in a month, then I will suspend work on said milestone until the next month that it reaches or surpasses the milestone, too. The idea is that this is perpetual to help me make enough to pay off some bills while I work on larger projects, after all. I can't reach $500 only once and then work on Bonding: Outlaws if it drops to the $300-ish level again.
