Throne of Ashes Release Info

Here we go! Information about Throne of Ashes release and what you need to know and expect. (Do you see that I copied this. Because yes, yes I did.)

Firstly, Ruben's Route is set to release on Thursday, July 21st. That date is 90% set, and of course, I will tell you if it gets delayed, but I mean, it shouldn't ... at all. (Watch it do so now that I've said something.)

The version you guys will be receiving is of course the Patreon Version. There will only be one download for this game as there is no need to download multiple folders to access the routes, unless you guys request it then I can do it but I don't see the point. 

The download will contain:

• The game which you must be at least Deckhand Tier ($3) to access.
• 2 CGs + 1 NSFW CG (Available to all tiers above Deckhand)
• 3 Additional Chapters each route (Available to all tiers above Deckhand)
• ToA POV Collection: The LI's POV of particular moments in-game. (Available to Sailing Master and First Mate)

Accessing & Updating the Game

Similar to how you access the milestone stories is how you will access this one. There will be a physical link as well as well as a folder. The physical link obviously being more friendly for phones. (This game is accessible by phone but please understand that I always intended it to be for desktop/tablet, pretty much larger screens.) You simply will need to download the folder. 

For updates, nothing is needed to be done for the physical links as they will automatically update. For downloads, you will need to re-download the folder and replace the index for the game to be updated. Also pay attention to the version as that will tell you if you are playing the correct one.

Other Info

• Save Files: It will probably be important to save your final, completed game as there is DLC for each route planned and these variables will move over. You will receive a prompt upon completion to do this.
• CG's: Will probably be late for Ruben as the artist is still working to complete them as best as they can. Upon availability they will be included in the game folder and/or available due to being attached to the post. They will not appear in story for format and accessibility reasons.
• Extra Chapters: This is just in case they're not done. At the time of writing this, the chapters are still being written but I want to release the full game to the public since this is not available there and therefore the game is well ... complete. I will of course have an update in the actual post about whether or not they are included but I'm putting this here in case I don't complete them in time so you guys know. They are coming, 100%. But they will simply be late similar to the CG's.
