Billy-Ray just saw Blake's little secret, its not really something he wants to hide, more like... he has an unfair advantage over the other "girls." Billy won't mind keeping a secret, if Blake keeps a certain something for a lil' bit.
I don't think he'll mind too much, what he does mind is that someone else knows now. (More to keep track off.) Nissah knows already, lets say that's the reason Sam had a (secret) 2 dollar raise that I guess, Billy knows now.
Note: They both get an hourly rate and tips, the business is profitable enough that Nissah pays them hourly, along with insurance and benefits.
