In fact he encourages Heiko to work on his bootleg printer. It looks like Robbie really likes the Loonar suit.
Now that Robbie is helpiing Heiko on his little suit project. He doesn't mind if he does, Robbie still a handle on the "classified" tech. Now that Heiko has an upgraded printer, he decided that he needed to invite a friend to test the upgraded printer.
