Patch Notes 03-03-23

Greetings, fellow Content enjoyers! Here comes a few serious changes to our humble page, detailed below and to be rolled out within 36 hours of this post. 

Tier changes:
- Tip Jar: $2.50 ; A very much appreciated thank you! You get access to the Patreon images and monthly image pack!
- Lab Intern: $5 ; Welcome Aboard, Intern! Access to the high-resolution files as well as voting on content, including Character features, themes, and future YCHs! Also comes with Discord Access and the Monthly Image Packs.
- Lab Tech: $15 ; New Techs, right over here! You'll gain access to WiPs, Concepts, and Experiments straight from the mind of our CEO Zandaka! Only the highest quality art for you, as well as process files in the form of PSD and .CLIP files!
- Researcher: $35 ; Happy to have you here! On top of all the prior benefits from our Techs and Interns, you'll also get priority access to commission forms as well as 10% off.  As an added bonus, 2 lucky researchers each month will get a bonus commission level image!
- Project Director: $500 ; An audience with the CEO is the only fitting reward! A monthly 5 hour Reward stream with Zandaka, as well as all the previous tiers. Alternatively, you can exchange a single month's stream for a Zippers Character package, allowing your OC to become a canon waitress at one of our locations!

A few ground rules as well, to assist with keeping an efficient system and making sure everyone gets their rewards on time.
- Forms MUST be filled out on time, in order to maintain a steady flow for Zandaka to work within.
- Forms MUST be filled out clearly and as descriptively as possible. This includes pose references, reference sheets, written details, etc - Anything that you think might help Libra meet your mental image for the piece.
- If you're selected for the bonus and you CANNOT fill out the form in time, please let Libra know so he can decide on a course of action.
- STREAMS: Forms will be provided going forward, to maximize time spent working on your pieces and reduce confusion. The above rules apply where applicable.
- Stream times may be subject to change due to real world intervention. In such cases, any remaining time will be logged and a new date/time will be agreed upon to finish.

Those of you on the older tier system may be grandfathered in, and shall receive the equivalent rewards from the tier you're closest to. To avoid overcharging, Tiers will be downshifted instead of rounded up.
