VIP Pre-Access for Dating! V0.71

This update adds facial expressions for Hanako, allows you to date her until the 4th heart, and reduces the amount of dating points required to increase the relationship. I have temporarily reduced them by a lot to reflect that gifting is not yet implemented.
About the Dating feature
This initial version lets you date Hanako, the flower shop girl. Her first cat photography quest is now fully implemented: After capturing photos of the three cats, you’ll unlock the first relationship heart and begin your first date with her. From there, you can continue inviting her on dates and increase your relationship until you reach the fourth heart, which is the current maximum.
In a future update, reaching the fourth heart will unlock a new dating location where things will get more... serious.

Dating the Mysterious Girl. Trust me, it will be worth it!
Gift-giving mechanics: You’ll be able to buy gifts from certain vending machines and give them during dates to significantly speed up relationship progress. (Note: In the current version, the dialogue option to give a gift is already available, but gifts can't be purchased yet.)
More vocals during date interactions
Better event sequencing to ensure that the police and photo targets don’t interfere with date scenes
