Ranma and Akane are bickering again while going to school, when they end up accidentally headbutting each other, getting both knocked out. Because of that, both get a weird shared dream.
Ranma and Akane are sitting in a class, but things are unusual. The name of the class is: How to Turn Ranma into a Gyaru Gal.
Ranma gets invited to the front of the class to properly illustrate the subject. Instead of a water induced change, this time Ranma gets TGed slowly, bit by bit as he is asked by the teacher to do or wear certain things - while getting hornier and more into it every time he is complemented by the teacher or the rest of the class. Using dream logic you can do stuff like a wardrobe popping out of nowhere as Ranma is asked to change. Scenes like "Show to the class a proper gyaru underwear" as Ranma bends over to show leopard printed panties as his ass expands. Meanwhile Akane is watching on the class maybe making some comments, until she notices that she has turned into a boy, and everybody is treating her like one (like complimenting how lucky he is to live with a sexy gyaru girl like Ranma) - which makes her all stressed and angry because she already gets mad at being called a tomboy, so turning into literally a boy piss her off.
Ranma at this point is full gyaru and moaning Akane´s name in front of the class. End is Akane and Ranma not resisting their new urges, and lewdly making out in front of the class (or something lewder if you want)
Might look for a writer to write it, while I ilustrate as a sequence. What you think?

Oooh, cool. I wonder if any of the changes might happen pre-emptively. As in, Ranma isn't *asked* about something and gets increasingly het up/upset that it hasn't been asked about, so that surge of change happens and suddenly he's yelling 'UGH YOU'RE ALL SO STUPID'... kind of an 'I'm putting my hand up but the teacher isn't letting me talk LET ME SHOW YOU THIS IS HOW IT'S DONE I KNOW THE TOPIC BETTER THAN YOU' thing. (Kind of ironic, 'cos that's classically an egghead nerd thing. Being done by a soon-gyaru. About lewd stuff.) ... just flew into my head, sorry.
