Hiya! Are you referring to the new stuff late on? In which case, some new h-scenes have yet to have voice over that's correct, as the alpha builds are largely works in progress with elements yet to be added such as VA, SFX, etc. I do strive to get stuff voiced as I go along but it entirely depends on schedules of VAs and such with NSFW stuff being trickier to plan for in some instances, so there's always going to be some gaps in what is voiced/what isn't as I power along with each build! Though plenty is still voiced across h-scenes. But if you were referring to older stuff that had voice in the old demo, etc. and didn't now for some reason, then that should still be voiced as it was and would double-check audio settings in game to make sure sliders weren't down!
