Chapter 4 is finally here!
I can't lie I'm actually really excited about how the story is shaping up to be. I didn't think I was going to love it so much, but it's such a pleasant surprise!
As I have a very clear road map, I'm pretty sure Cursed Covenant will be finished at Chapter 7, and with 3 different endings. (Don't worry, you will know exactly which choices will put you on which ending, and yes, there will be a bad one.)
Of course things happen and there may be changes but seems like we are going at a steady pace, so I don't believe there will be any issues.
We are also starting the development of Roaming Everdawn this month, so exciting times ahead!

2024-06-14 17:08:46 +0000 UTCNew error has shown up in chapter 3. Snow and the Magi refer to you as the name you picked in chapter 2 as a name to tell Snow, but in the text they often fall back to the 'default' name as it was, despite it not being the one I picked.

So somewhere between the start of chapter 2, and the point where you think about who you would like to travel with and thinking of the Magi, is where the problem lies. Edit: Now it seems to refer to Snow with he/him pronouns as well, oof. Seems like there's just general pronoun issues in chapter 2.

I haven't finished chapter 2 yet, so I don't know if it's a temporary issue or not, or if it goes back to referring to her as she/her later on. I'm also happy to hear that! I can't wait to see that unfold, once we eventually reach the last chapter.

And there will eventually be a conversation on the MC's appearance and body and a choice to alter it but it's at the last chapter, so if you wish(and I'd recommend that), you could just have two saves and see how the scene plays out at the last chapter with another character!💜

Getting into chapter 2 though, it refers to my very female magi as he/him. I'm also curious. I brought it up with the demo what? 7 months ago? The option for the MC to be trans. Was that ever a feature that was implemented, or should I just focus on playing as the female MC with feminine voice and pronouns from the start? It's fine if it never made it into the game, as I said back then it wouldn't make or break the game. I'll still very much enjoy it. I'd just like to know before I get too far into the game, so I can adjust my MC appropriately, haha.
