[Public] Legal disagreement of executive enforcements

“Wait, wait, wait! We could, um... maybe I can... uh, burp up some proof or something?! Lemme just…!”

“Taina, sweetheart—cut it out. No heads, no gold... that’s the rule. Doesn’t matter how much you squeeze that bobbling belly blob!”

Taina, pouting and still desperate to prove her worth, gripped the sides of her massive, swollen belly with both hands and began to wobble it, hoping something—anything—might shift inside. The only response was a deep, rumbling gurgle, loud enough to cover Zoni’s sigh in exasperation.

The town's judge of Northron wasn’t even reaching waist-high to the towering Taina, but being tasked with pressing her ear against Taina’s squishy stomach this proved to be an advantage. Which the half-goblin would never admit, of course, at least not to this overgrown behemoth of a hill-giant!

“No, not a chance! There isn't even a bone left in there by now,” Zoni proclaimed, her voice stern with authority and finality. Pulling her ear back from the squishy, warm sphere to save it from further gurgles, she did so just in time to miss the sound of Taina’s heart breaking. No payment meant no gold to spend on snacks… or a new wardrobe! Especially a new wardrobe, since her current clothes threatened to give in to the constant strain, just like the bandits did a few hours earlier. But it had worked out so well in the past! Taina pouted some more, reflecting on the unique partnership between her and the green-skinned short stack hidden somewhere beneath the curve of her bulging belly.

Taina worked as the town’s bounty hunter, while Zoni was responsible for managing the rewards and keeping the peace in the snowy region of Northron. The town had long been plagued by bandits, but after Taina’s arrival, that problem had dwindled. Bringing back safety outside the city walls was such a huge relief for the townspeople that the cute, bubbly giant was promptly named Deputy—and gods above, did she take her responsibilities seriously. Zoni was grateful that the supply routes were being raided less and less, thanks in no small part to Taina’s voracious appetite. If only her methods weren’t so... unconventional.

Taina huffed, trying her biggest, most innocent puppy eyes. “But Zoni, c’mooooon… I ate all the bandits, didn’t I? They should still count!” She shifted her enormous weight from one foot to the other, her belly and thighs wobbling with the movement.

“Doesn’t change the fact that I can’t cross names off the list if there’s no means of identification left,” Zoni said, pinching the bridge of her nose. “If you want your paycheck, learn some self-control. There’s more to life than food!”

“Says the one always hiding snacks in her desk drawer!” Taina shot back, folding her arms. “Don’t think I didn’t notice!”

“That’s... for emergencies!” Was that the faintest shade of green-flushed cheeks Taina could spot on the oh-so-serious, tough judge of Northron? Couldn’t be…!

Taina sighed dramatically, her belly letting out another gurgle as she folded her arms under her chest. "Well, if I don’t get any gold soon, my wardrobe will be in a state of emergency itself. Look at me—I’m bursting out of everything!" She tugged at the strained fabric of her top, which creaked under the pressure of her expanding curves.

The snowy landscape of Northron stretched out around them, cold winds blowing through the quiet village streets. Good thing I am well isolated, but still… a new skirt would be nice.

There was a pause.

"Uh, Zoni…?", Taina asked, blinking down.

"Yes?"

"Well, erm… why are you still clinging to my tummy?"

This time, the blush on the goblins cheeks was more than evident, as Zoni leaped back, her massive boobs bouncing as she scrambled to put some distance between them. And was that a Eeep I just heard!?

"I-I was just... double-checking!" Zoni stammered, crossing her arms over her chest defensively, her face burning with embarrassment. "You know, to make sure!!

“... Sure~”
