I didn't know if that version of 7ds. I know the other one. Definitely understand the frustration

I am not a movie buff, but I did take some Film classes in collage, for me a tv show formula is better form of media to tell a long running story. Anime is always in a Tv show Format. The difference is I feel like Tv shows plan a episode on the spot and tend to stray from the source materiel. On the other hand Anime tries to stay True to the source material, and only change things for censorship.

Their are some bad ones out their, people wanted me to watch a anime called 7 deadly sins but they didn't inform me their are two different anime with that name. The one I ended up watching had a main character, who's ability was to just erase people's clothing, and he's the only guy in a school full of woman. Their really wasn't any plot other then the 7 deadly sins were woman in the school trying to kill him, and then they were always thwarted when he erased their clothing. It was really bad, but funny at times, and for the longest time I thought people tricked me into watching it.

Cheddah Slammer

Jason you have a better memory than when I first watched this, picking up the details Big Mom and Thriller Bark just blew my mind.

romaiiiii

Even the name tells you how little effort they put into that. Lol

I think you misunderstand what I said I meant one piece is a masterpiece and the greatest story ever told But I'm talking about is the more common anime these days that's mass-produced and not as good.

I discovered anime this year and it was the best thing that’s happened to me. It has definitely changed my life and has gave me feelings I’ve never felt before.

To Starlight: it would have been nice to have a mature discussion with you about the topic that was raised the other day, different opinion and all. Shame you decided to block me and therefore I cannot see your comments, never mind replying to them. Opening your mind to different opinions works both ways and silencing people who think differently than you is never the best way to go. Btw, I knew you were a woman. 😉

the jingle you hear is namis theme song just with some extra flare. its familiar since you would hear it during the halfway mark of a episode where they would show 2 character and their themes

Spongebob reaction incoming 😂!!

I respectfully disagree, anime IMO has greatly improved. You see them go away more from the drawn out pacing issues and fillers that One Piece and Naruto suffered from in order for the mangas to keep up. In turn animation quality has vastly improved due to studios not having to rush out episodes so often. Just my opinion

KevUrb

Anime and manga have been popular in Japan for decades, dating back to the 1970s. Their stories cover a wide spectrum, ranging from fun, kid-friendly content to more adult, violent, darkness or even explicit themes. While there have long been fans and communities in the West since the days of Dragon Ball, I believe it's reaching even more people in recent years for a few main reasons: 1. During the COVID-19 lockdowns, people were stuck at home, and binge-watching anime became a great way to pass the time. 2. There's an undeniable fact that Hollywood is producing fewer impressive movies or fresh stories, while anime—especially the big-name ones—tends to be highly entertaining and often features great storylines. A smaller reason (or is it another main reason idk?) is the success of the One Piece live-action adaptation, which sparked interest among those who never considered anime as a choice. At least, it’s a good way to lure you into this world! LOL.

Charlotte Linlin is a Yonkou. Remember the Name Yonkou means Emperor. For more informations please look at Lucia’s folder 😁 And the jingle was as well in sky island 🏝️ but don’t know about a video game 😊

That's a can of worms I don't even want to touch unless I have to.

Last but not least Nr. 10 By the way in regards of your question Jason; it is just the improvement of his training. During the timeskip, Luffy trained with Rayleigh to better master his powers. Rayleigh taught him to control Haki and improve his techniques. Through this training, Luffy learned to use Gear Third more efficiently, eliminating the shrinking side effect. But it’s not explicitly stated. They don’t touch base in regards of the fact that the armament haki is black.

what bad shows u mean?

9th ... the king of fishes is here lol lets gooo!!!!

Nesz Vids (Eric Perez)

I for most part I do agree with you that anime can have more heart and soul Then live action but that's because you're watching a 90s anime (one piece). Anime over the last 5 to 10 years has gone Downhill in my opinion but that doesn't make it any less great. For the most part the fans have been protecting you against the trash anime out there . I don't like talking bad about shows that people love but if I ever do notice that you might start watching a really bad one I will scream my head off So you don't get a bad impression of anime.
