The backstory and explanation to Sabo side of the story hits oh so hard! Still makes me cry so much jus the pain and imagining Sabo and Luffy being brothers and finding each other after so long apart! KAIDO has arrived it's still gives me chills!! And the narrator explaining how epic and unkillable he is!

2025-08-10 04:45:34 +0000 UTCKaido- He’s the one Law made an Alliance with Luffy to take down on Punk Hazard, he’s one of the four emperors (Yonkou) they are going after, the SMILE factory that was making artificial devil fruits enslaving the Tontatta was for his army/crew. He’s the one Doffy was working for. The Four Emperors (whitebeard-replaced by Blackbeard, Big Mom, Shanks, and Kaido). That’s why Captain Kid’s alliance with Hawkins and Apoo said oh good, they aren’t going after the same Emperor as us: their target is Shanks. They know that’s it’s Kaido cause they are involved in the underground black market seen by Kid watching Ceasar’s experiment on Punk Hazard with the gas weapon and Doffy was the leader of the black market in a sense and everyone in the black market knew he was providing Kaido with SMILE (artifical Zoan (animal transformation) devil fruits) which he could only use the Tontatta to make with the SAD chemical only Caesar knows how to produce… that’s why Law’s goal was to Destroy the SAD room on Punk Hazard and the SMILE factory on Dressrosa as well as kidnap Caesar (the only person who knows how to make SAD). It was to cut the pipeline to Kaido. That’s why on Dressrosa Law mentioned his initial plan wasn’t to take out Doffy but just the factory to anger Kaido to go after Doffy for not being able to produce SMILE for him anymore, but obviously personal history (Corazon) and Luffy not following the plan changed things. Now, when Kaido finds out Doffy (black market Alias Joker) was taken out by Law and Luffy in the newspaper… he’s going to be pissed at them and go after them.

2025-06-28 15:49:23 +0000 UTCI know there are countless epic moments in OP, but the Luffy/Sabo reunion scene is in the top 3 of my all time favourites - it was a good reminder for me when I first saw it that yes, it's been 2 years and Luffy's still depicted as bright and determined for the most part since the time skip, but his hurt is still there it's just not on show. I imagine his relief, not just because Sabo's alive, but because there's someone else he loves who completely understands the grief and guilt he has regarding Ace. Not to say the Strawhats don't get what happened, but it's a completely different dynamic for Luffy where he's not the captain or friend, he's just the baby bro. His little 'I let Ace get killed in front of me' was heartbreaking, like he needed comfort and reassurance from his big brother. ❤️ That's just my take on the scene anyways, doesn't matter how big they get, our little siblings will always be our litte siblings!

(I get forgetting this one i brought it up to remind you) I don't think there was a single scene where the name Kaido was brought up in the last 2 arcs in front of Doffy that didn't have that man sweating 😂 Partner is a close guess but no. That man is his BOSS. His favourite hobbie is suicide I guess it throws people off when the narrator says 'he challenged the four Emperors' like he isn't one himself
