I also love the sound of Chopper's walking so much, someone had a really good day when they came up with that! The snowbirds are so cute, and I also love that Sanji and Luffy are completely on the same page with them being a perfectly good reason to freeze the whole castle. The anime doubled up on the chase scenes which makes it seem as if both Sanji and Luffy are slower than they really are, but yeah, it took them some time even in the original, lol. The umeshu (a kind of plum liqueur) has a sweet sour tase that's said to be especially popular with women, and I think it's got the impression of being rejuvenating? Not sure about the last part, though. Nakama means "one of us" or "part of our group", or what I think is the most fitting in this case: "the people you belong with". Choosing to translate it as "friends" is kind of lazy IMNSHO, and loses all of the meaning and nuance it's supposed to have. Especially in this arc! (A lot of the time it's also meant to specifically mean "crew".) Just a heads up as you go into the next arc: it's got a lot of filler padding, especially in the beginning. Not as much as the one after that, but it starts to get noticeable. I don't know how you felt about One Pace? But I think it's a great way to watch the anime. For the arc after the next one I'd strongly recommend it at the very least.
