The actual photo inspired for this drawing is so blue, you know it was during that weird party in season 1 ? I chose to go full pink mood here, because, just drawing the thing without color, I had such a vibe of Romeo+Juliet you know, with Jules looking so much like Claire Danes. So I was like, let's go in a real romantic atmosphere.
I truly love this character. We met her through Rue and we fall in love with her at the same time. But, like Rue, we had also issues to understand the mysterious Jules, her feelings and what she truly wants. Yes, I ship these two, but are they really made to end together ? I'm not so sure anymore, now that I had plenty of times without seing these two on screen and I don't see their alchemy anymore, and I just remember the pain that they had at the end.
