Since Freydis (that I had trouble naming like that, I don't know why the name "Freyda" was printed in my mind, sorry for that) and Leif already had their personal revenge, that judgment is a pretty good idea. The brother who lived through the banishment of his father might want to gain some honor in battle, and the sister who is so much involved in the religion is going for a spiritual journey. Good ideas for these two characters that I began to appreciate, and again Leif is the most promising, with a character who is just beginning to "be" for himself.
When the first episode was only about the Vikings, we now also have the English side with a strict Emma that I already respect a lot, a shy Edmund who needs to gain more confidence in himself and Godwin who seems to be a good adviser. Spoiler alert : my opinion about these three is gonna change. Quick. It was really just a presentation here, but again it's well done, the characters are created differently than in Vikings, it's new stories, new issues, but the codes of the universe. It functions, and I was clearly excited.
