NO, I'm not gonna believe that Daniel is loosing his mind. One, because it's Daniel. Two, because it's too easy. Him trapping Strand with the walkers or threatening him after that, it's logical for the character. So the two reasons invoked here : the weapons and the direction he gave to Grace and Charlie. The weapons : how and when he would have done it ? Remember the explosion, he was at the table, so not a diversion for him right here.
So it's someone else, who had access to the keys. And I'm sorry to say that I'm suspecting Grace here : she had access to the keys through Morgan, she could have lied about the direction Daniel gave to her. And it means that Charlie is on the confidence ? Why not, I felt that she was unconfortable with Daniel leaving the place at the end. And yes, I'm suspecting more Grace than Charlie : Charlie was around the table during the explosion and we have a big gap with no visibility on what happened to Grace during her "jail" time. Could have she been approached by these guys ?
