YES ! An episode about Appa ! I wanted it for a long time, but I was not really expecting it. Like the fact that I knew that his days without our guys would not be good, but I could have never imagined that it would be so bad. It was so worse than what I imagined : he was not just treated badly, he was also alone, lost, hurt, losing hope and trust in people. Yes, it made me cry, and I was focused during the whole episode to be sure he was gonna be ok, that's why I put the entire reaction part in Patreon.
I love Sukki even more after this episode, to see her helping Appa but also insisting on the fact that he had to leave the place, to go back to Aang. She knew that it meant no good for her, and I'm afraid of what Azula did to her after that.

I hated that moment and you'll see that, episodes by episodes, I'm more and more like "where are the Kyoshi warriors ? I'm worried" 🙈

Same, I really ended the Library episode like "ok, we're gonna find him next episode and I'm almost sure that our guys traveling alone in the desert are gonna suffer more than him, we're gonna find him eating things in a nice camp". For sure, I was not ready for this episode 🙈

2021-05-14 12:03:25 +0000 UTCOhhh also, regarding last episode (Tales of Ba Sing Se), I wonder if you noticed the difference on Iroh's voice actor. There was one scene in particular where Mako was not able to voice before he unfortunatelly passed away. From Wikipedia: "The scene in which Iroh speaks with the Earthbending children about their soccer accident is voiced by Greg Baldwin, who went on to replace Mako as the voice Iroh in Book 3."

2021-05-14 11:24:52 +0000 UTCLove this ep. It's so sad. I believe it actually won an award by how it portrayed animal cruelty. When Appa was first lost in The Library, I thought they were going to find him right away but they sure took their time making us suffer :-D
